feat(driver-store): add dedicated "Updates Available" section for pending driver updates
Move drivers with available updates to a prominent amber-highlighted section
at the top of the Agent drivers tab, improving discoverability. After updating,
drivers automatically return to their original position in the "All Drivers" list.
Changes:
- DriverStoreDialog.vue: add orderedFilteredDrivers, filteredUpdatableCount,
filteredUpdatableDrivers, filteredStableDrivers computed properties;
replace flat v-for with two-tier layout using separate v-for loops
(updates header + updatable list + section divider + stable list)
- 7 i18n locales: add updatesAvailableTitle, updatesAvailableDescription,
allDriversTitle keys (zh-CN, zh-TW, en, ja, es, it, pt-BR)
Review fixes:
- #C01: rename single-letter variables d -> driver
- Eliminate nested <template> tags for oxfmt compatibility
