feat(skills): 配置 holographic memory plugin + 测试脚本 

- config.yaml 启用 holographic plugin
- plugins.hermes-memory-store 节（独立 db，不接管 zhiyi）
- 备份 config.yaml.bak-pre-holographic
- scripts/test_holographic.py 9 actions + feedback 测试通过

Holographic 是 v0.21.0 新增的本地 SQLite memory provider
作为织忆的极简备用方案（trust scoring + HRR + FTS5）
