chore: Install Prisma and update containers in deployment YAMLs. 
- Add Prisma to Dockerfile copy commands
- Modify xlog-init container command to include installing Prisma
- Add new container for caddy-validator with a Python image
- Increase xlog container's CPU limit to 1500m
