Added a new function scale_boxes to the detection utilities in order to scale the dimensions of bounding boxes. This function accepts bounding boxes and a scaling factor as input and returns the scaled bounding boxes. It can enlarge or shrink the input bounding boxes based on the value of the passed factor. The function was also documented in the utils.md file and necessary tests were added to assure its correctness.
Descriptions for various attributes and functionalities have been added into LineZone class to aid developers in understanding their behaviour. Also, the trigger function was modified to return two separate boolean arrays - 'crossed_in' and 'crossed_out' to denote objects crossing the line in specific directions. Moreover, Line Zone documentation is added to the side navigation in mkdocs.yml.
Update the file and section structure of the project documentation for better readability. Removed 'annotate.md' and replaced it with an expanded 'annotators.md'. The new document provides examples of each annotator and includes preview images for better understanding. The API reference structure was flattened for simplicity and related documents 'core.py' and 'mkdocs.yml' were updated accordingly. The core tracker and dataset documents were renamed for consistency.
