t8y2 97eeab2801 docs: update badges, community links, and VitePress homepage 
- Replace small badges with for-the-badge style (downloads, contributors, Discord, QQ)
- Add database badges (Doris, StarRocks, Redshift, OceanBase, openGauss, GaussDB, KingBase, and more)
- Replace WeChat/QQ QR codes with Discord + QQ badge buttons
- Update VitePress homepage (25+ databases, new screenshots, Docker section)
- Update VitePress config (AGPL-3.0 footer, new description)
