Split the object browser query into separate TABLES and ROUTINES
fetches. Some MySQL-compatible servers (sharding proxies, restricted
accounts, OceanBase/TiDB variants) reject information_schema.ROUTINES
with ER_UNKNOWN_ERROR (1105 HY000), which previously took down the
entire object browser. Now ROUTINES failures are logged and the user
still gets tables and views.

Add duckdb-bundled feature gate (default on) to dbx-core. Local dev
can use --no-default-features to skip DuckDB C++ compilation (~170s),
while CI/Docker keeps the default bundled build.

Replace all JSON file storage (connections, secrets, history, AI config,
conversations, sidebar layout) with a single SQLite database (dbx.db).
Auto-migrates existing JSON data on first launch, renaming old files to
.bak. Remove keyring dependency — passwords now stored in SQLite.
Refactor all database drivers, query execution, schema operations, and
business logic into a shared `dbx-core` crate. The Tauri desktop app
becomes a thin shell delegating to dbx-core, enabling future web and
CLI frontends to reuse the same core.
