DaMeng now uses JDBC agent instead of ODBC. Remove odbc-api crate,
ODBC_ENV static, unixodbc system dependency from CI, and ODBC library
bundling from macOS release builds. macOS no longer needs any brew
dependencies for development.
- Add platform-specific system dependencies (unixODBC, Tauri libs) to
README and getting-started docs
- Update GaussDB driver from odbc-api to rust-gaussdb in database docs
- Remove obsolete GaussDB ODBC setup instructions
- Fix Docker image and port in getting-started docs
- Restructure features into categorized sections
- Add new 2x2 screenshot grid (light, dark, ER diagram, data grid)
- Add Docker self-hosted section
- Add Elasticsearch to supported databases
- Add missing features (schema diff, explain plan, field lineage, etc.)
- Switch license from MIT to AGPL-3.0
- Update macOS install note (now code-signed and notarized)

Uses DuckDB in-memory connection with read_parquet()/read_csv()/read_json().
No sidebar connection created, tab title shows file name only,
connection/database toolbar hidden for preview tabs.
