Derek 571adc7636 fix(jike user): ref link not correct issue (#126) 
1. fix REPOST link not correct issue: it will show "内容不存在" message when openning the wrong repost link
2. fallback the REPOST template, coz the rss reader didn't render it correctly
3. add <br> for better layout post
