凉凉 3fb7c70155 Enhancement: twitter animated_gif autoplay (#1426) 
- `media.type` 为 `animated_gif` 时自动循环播放视频，普通视频（`video`）维持原状
- 具体表现与阅读器（或者说是浏览器内核）有关，有些确实不支持自动播放，可以参考[这个](https://imququ.com/post/new-video-policies-for-ios10.html)

Keren Zhu a2ba04daf6 Retrive latest posts from nga (#1424) 
Currently the NGA Thread API `/nga/post/:tid` retrieves only the first post in the thread. This PR retrieves all the posts in the last page of the given thread.  

This closes #1423 .

如果漫画话数不多的情况下用原方案是可以的，
但是如果话数多了之后会分页，
div 的 id 会变为 `#chapter-list-1` 就不可用了

直接修改成 class `.chapter-list` 就同时兼容了这两部分了。
