Innei a9d70a9900 refactor(legal): remove legal package and update references ... - Deleted the `@follow/legal` package and its associated files, including privacy and terms of service documents. - Updated various components to remove dependencies on the legal package, replacing modal presentations with direct links to external privacy and terms pages. - Adjusted configuration files and routes to reflect the removal of legal utilities, ensuring a cleaner codebase. These changes streamline the project by eliminating unnecessary dependencies and improving the user experience with direct access to legal documents.
