feat(desktop): enhance EntryTitle and MagneticHoverEffect components 
- Updated EntryTitle styling to improve hover effects and visual feedback.
- Modified MagneticHoverEffect to calculate hover origin dynamically, enhancing interaction responsiveness.

feat(desktop): integrate MagneticHoverEffect into MarkdownLink and EntryTitle components 
- Replaced standard anchor tags with MagneticHoverEffect for enhanced visual feedback on hover.
- Removed custom mouse event handlers from EntryTitle, simplifying the component's code while maintaining hover effects.

These changes improve user interaction and visual appeal across the affected components.

refactor(desktop): improve EntryTitle component layout and date rendering logic， resolves FOL-1831 
- Added `omitObjectUndefinedValue` utility to EntryTitle.
- Refactored date rendering logic to use `RelativeTime` for better formatting.
- Enhanced layout for title and meta information sections for improved readability and user experience.

These changes streamline the component's structure and enhance visual consistency.

refactor: extract shared parse markdown 
- Added `@microflash/remark-callout-directives` to `package.json` and `pnpm-lock.yaml`.
- Updated `MarkdownWeb` component to utilize a new markdown parsing utility.
- Removed unused imports related to `remark-gh-alerts` and refactored markdown parsing logic.
