feat(discover): enhance Discover screen with category grid and navigation 
- Introduced a new `RecommendationCategoryScreen` for displaying recommendations by category.

- Updated context management to streamline header height and animated values.

feat(desktop): integrate MagneticHoverEffect into MarkdownLink and EntryTitle components

refactor(desktop): improve EntryTitle component layout and date rendering logic， resolves FOL-1831 
- Added `omitObjectUndefinedValue` utility to EntryTitle.
- Refactored date rendering logic to use `RelativeTime` for better formatting.
- Enhanced layout for title and meta information sections for improved readability and user experience.

These changes streamline the component's structure and enhance visual consistency.

fix(mobile): trigger timeline twice if scroll to change page view 
- Added EventBus integration to handle timeline selection in `atoms.ts` and `PageList.tsx`.
- Updated `selectTimeline` function to dispatch events for better state management.
- Specified `react-native` as a peer dependency in `package.json` to ensure compatibility.
- Updated `pnpm-lock.yaml` to reflect the new version of `react-native`.

These changes enhance the responsiveness of the UI and improve the overall architecture of the event handling system.
