refactor(pager): simplify Pager component and enhance iOS functionality

- Replaced the custom native view with a more streamlined PagerView component.
- Updated the Pager component to utilize hooks for page rendering and state management.
- Introduced new methods in EnhancePagerController for better state handling and page transitions.
- Fixed method naming inconsistencies in EnhancePagerViewModule.
- Removed unused ScaleFadeRotate animation component.
