Innei	d8f76c5f6a	refactor(glow-effect): remove GlowEffect view and integrate animation handling ... - Deleted the GlowEffect view implementation to streamline the module. - Introduced IntelligenceAnimationController to manage animation presentation in a separate window. - Updated AppleIntelligenceGlowEffectModule to utilize new showIntelligenceEffect and hideIntelligenceEffect functions for better encapsulation of animation logic. - Added IntelligenceAnimationView for the new animation display.
